    1. Even their bus stations look like scifi movie sets meanwhile ours still feel stuck in the 90s.

    2. Why is there a ceiling fan attached to the air conditioner?

I’ve never seen this done period, but it feels unnecessary for a small space like this.

If this was installed in the US I hope it won’t get ruined too fast

    4. This bus station in the US, UK or Australia would almost immediately be destroyed and or vandalised by teenage deckhands.

This is why we can never have nice things.

We have a couple of them in Québec city, Canada. We can see the bus schedule in real time on the screen. Very practical during winter time.

If we had that in the US the TV would be smashed out, walls would be smashed out, then everyone would say replace it.

    7. To those asking why there’s no one sleeping in there, it’s because of the ceiling fan. Go look up fan death.

    8. Those are nice. I also like the much more common heated benches for the winter time.

We aren’t a homogeneous society so we’d never have something like this. Can’t treat those who society look down on and ostracize as humans by having a decent bus stop /s

    10. I was at Incheon airport last year, and I’m not exaggerating even a little when I tell you that the smoking room in the public airport terminal there was cleaner, nicer, and more inviting than the Plaza lounge at Vancouver International was.

You know for a fact if the USA implemented this bus stop style it would be the most disgusting place on earth within a week. On the bright side it’d be free homeless shelter.
