Yeah this one looks ugly af. Looks like the countryside.
Ah the green curved glass/plastic panels…. some areas have hundreds of these houses, all in slightly different variations.
This one being white is already a bit more unique than the plain brick ones.
It’s like they wanted a castle, but forgot what they looked like, and half way through got bored and decided they wantedc to living in a zoo tropical house.

I was amazed, coming from Japan, at how ugly the parts of South Korea that I saw (could well have missed a zillion gorgeous areas) were on my two visits. It’s much nicer now than last time I went in 2022ish, and I appreciate how much more space the restaurants and cafes have. But yeah.
Not Japanese btw. I just think it’s really not very attractive. Maybe it’s my long term pollution from evil Japanese influences making me say this.

I kind of love buildings like this because they have absolutely zero concern for aesthetics and 100% commitment to “it functions and that’s enough.”

I would say it’s rather a poorly finished or not finished yet construction rather than ‘ugly’
It might also be just a mismatch on materials/styles of the finish
God give me this over the usual grey box any day.
The glass in light blue and it would change completely how it looks

I’m korean and this isn’t the standard of most buildings yet not that surprising if i see something like this while passing through….we’re not that much invested in architectures lol
My brain initially thought the green parts were scaffolding.
Sun rooms and indoor greenhouses are nice, but I’m sure there could be some better outside stylng.

What are you on about, Belgium has some of the world’s greatest buildings… You’ve got the Cointe Observatory, the Atomium, The splendour of Bruges and history of Antwerp..

better to look at than those “modern” apartment buildings in my opinion
