You should probably keep them sealed in their gel tablet.
Usually those are designed to dissolve and release a certain way in the stomach, and not in your mouth/throat.
A little vyvanse? Dump some beads in your 2:39 AM coffee or whatsup diggidy dig dug

It’s a capsule. Depending on the size of medicine within, you can hear it if you shake the capsule.

one time I took these pills without water, and it must have decided to log in my esophagus rather than my stomach, so when I coughed, I spew out a lot of white powder, was pretty proud I “did cocaine” back then (I was 5 and stupid).
