There will be a reckoning, keep all the receipts… give them enough rope to hang themselves…

Acting like future prosecutions can’t/wont happen…

Trump has set enough new precedents that the next president can declare everything the previous president has done illegal and everyone will just go with it….

Get ready for the second J6 prosecutions of “receiving stolen property, money laundering,l” take your pick .., we can make shit up too…

If I was anywhere near trumps circle, I would be running for the hills trying hide from future prosecution.

Laws can be changed and bent back on a whim.

The press isn’t beaten down. They are complicit.

The owners of the press want Trump to be a dictator and defend billionaires. Those who work for the press want to keep their jobs. They can only do that with access. They can only get access by bowing down.

The Fourth Estate is 100% in the pocket of the First Estate of Billionaires and Second Estate of the White Christian Nationalists. And the Third Estate is divided between those who just want a normal life and the Trumpenproletariat who just want to be racist.

    4. There will be no money give to any anyone other Trump. He thinks he was the most persecuted person and deserves the full amount.

NYT front page: “How Biden’s reckless weaponization of the DOJ is costing taxpayers more this year”

    6. Your press is owned by the same cabal of pedophiles that is looting the government. They are complicit and should receive the same justice the oligarchs do when this is over.

    7. It’s a huge news story what the hell is everyone talking about? It’s being reported everywhere. The press are asking Trump officials and Trump himself about it and hokding their feet to the fire.

MSNOW dedicated a lot of time to this story yesterday however today they had to move on to his stock trades and Iran.

I also observed the top headines mention this on almost every news website yesterday. Today all of the website news has moved on about his stock trades and Iran.

There is such a blitz of corruption and sensationalized events worthy of breaking news that the media can’t keep up. During any normal timeline this news would be worthy of front page bold letter headlines.

Now it gets pushed down within a half days cycle.

I do argue that the business websites are absolutely complicit. None of this makes top headline news on barrons.com or wsj.com.

And of course we have to include Foxnews in the media conversation and we already know how that goes.

Look, he’s only stealing $1.776 Billion instead of the $10 Billion he was trying to steal! What a bargain! And such a patriotic number!

/s in case you could not tell.

Half of us already know he’s a piece of shit and the other half love to eat it up.

    11. Those guardrails are sure holding. As usual the U.S. Congress is doing their job well.

Dude the really insane thing is Venezuela news. Like there is basically nothing. We just took their leader, they appointed a new one, and ive seen zero updates on it that i didnt have to go claw tooth and nail for.

He won’t pay his supporters. If I’m not mistaken, he has said he is the most persecuted person ever. Or words to that effect. He will pay himself all of it.

Our press is chickenshit. Every news station and publication should be howling about how this is patently illegal and immoral. Every Trump stooge should be relentlessly hounded for comments about his crimes and lies. But no, let’s get Linsey Graham on and let him prattle on without challenge.

Dude was in charge of the IRS when the incident occurred and now has his personal lawyer providing him with $1.77B slush fund. What the fuck.

    16. The press have normalized this behavior from the right because the right owns the press.

Jimmy Carter wasn’t allowed to retain ownership of his family peanut farm and Trump does this, insider trading, and enough bribes for pardons to empty every prison in Venezuela. I hate this hellscape!
