I mean, it’s probably true (after adding a few ingredients for fermentation or however whiskey is made). You’d probably need to have a pretty high glucose (over 500, I’d imagine…for reference, normal is around 70.), and I’m betting it would taste absolutely terrible and smell even worse, though. All in all, I can’t imagine it’d be a great idea.

This depends entirely on the current blood sugar level, not if someone is diabetic or not. In one instance, a diabetic’s urine could contain less sugar than a non-diabetic, but if it’s high then yes, the sugar amount in such person’s urine could be a few times higher than a non-diabetic in extreme scenarios.
However, if the diabetic person is managing their blood sugar well, then you won’t be able to tell the diabetic apart from a non-diabetic just from the amount of sugar in their urine samples.
