I know it’s more fun to imagine the Trump administration staff as truly evil people who relish in Trump’s cruelty and chaos.
And some of the officials in this administration are like that cough cough cough stevenmiller cough
But I guarantee you most of them are just going into the bathroom ten times a day and having panic attacks. They’re going home to their spouses and crying and having breakdowns. They did not think they would be a part of something so historically corrupt and malicious. They really did think they were going to stop corruption and the arrest the peophellic elite and put America first and not start any new wars. And Trump has laid them out to dry, and they have no one to blame, and they know this.
I think most of them are biting their nails, trying to figure out how to salvage this without being known for life as a MAGA goblin. Many will write tell-all books and go on talk shows to say how shocked and apalled they were by Trump, trying to paint themselves as a good person caught in a bad situation.
But the Trump stink will never rub off of them.

Amazing how, “I don’t know.” gets so much mileage with these guys. At what point do we throw up our hands and ask what they do know, but that would be accountability and that might as well be a four letter word with these goons.
