Feels like a violation of the equal protection clause of the 14th amendment to say “we will never audit you or your families interests ever again”.
Donny is no longer being audited so he can finally release his tax returns.
USA is no longer a democracy. It’s a corporation owned and run by the Trump crime family. Shame that nobody has the courage or will or means to oust them.
The US system of government was failing Americans and now it’s completely broken.
Hopefully the next president uses some of his presidential immunity to void the shit out of all this. Why shouldn’t his sons be audited?

This just formalizes what has been true since he “won” the election. He is untouchable via American law. He has just been grifting 24/7 since he got back into office and no legal mechanism has even pretended to try and stop him.
