      Looks like it could be a scene out of a late 1930s Warner Bros film. Expecting James Cagney or Ann Sheridan to walk in. Great photo.

      I am reading a book about the history of unions in America and it was just talking about how many job sites had bars and beer gardens on them so that workers could have a drink throughout the day. There was also a lot of on the job accidents back then as well.

      The jodhpurs and leather jackets make these people look more like pilots than construction workers.

      This is such a cool picture. I love how both of them look. My hunch is she is actually beautiful but it’s caught her at a weird smile/laugh/squint moment
