It was made after a novel of Georgij Martinov, a Soviet sci-fi writer.
On the back there is an ad for Compack mixed coffee (half of it was real coffee, the other half a coffee substitute, a good analogy for how the comic book and Hungary itself was halfway Western, halfway not).

Hungary first received a load of Spiderman comics from Denmark in 1984 accidentally and they were sold as curiosities, but they were in Danish. Official, Hungarian-translated Marvel and DC comics became available in 1989.
Yugoslavia had them from some time in the 70s, but I don’t know if they were available only in Serbo-Croatian or Hungarian too (since Yugoslavia had a large Hungarian minority).
