    1. Could be a small rupture in the tissue between muscle and skin, making a small bit of your muscle tissue to protrude through (absolutely not doctor’s advice)

Could you make some muscles for me aswell? I don’t want to go to the gym

      Not a doctor.
Could be a muscular herniation. Muscles poking through small openings in the fascia. Wouldn’t be harmful, not much to do. My buddy in college had something similar

I have this in my shin as well… only appears when I squat. Its completely harmless.

    5. Does it hurt or is tender when you push it? It ould be an angiolipoma. They change size because they do have blood supply so at times they can be almost imperceptible and at times they can be very noticeable.

My guess is lipoma or cyst. I have(or have had) both and they present like this. If I’m not flexing you can’t really see/feel my lipoma but as soon as I do it looks like yours.

    7. Could be a fatty tumor under the skin. Unless it’s growing just tell your normal doctor a your next checkup. If it’s growing go now. If it causes discomfort or anything they may send you to a dermatologist.

I have one of those in the exact same spot. Asked my doctor about it, and he said it was just a vein bulging up when I flex.

I have this as well (left arm) but apparently it’s just a lump of fat

Some people gets bumps that’s are benign. A buddy of mine had them all the over.

    11. It’s part of a vein. I have two on my arm in the exact same spot as yours.

I have some on my wrist- they can be small tumors also and OP should have it checked out. I struggle with my wrists when they swell from using my wrist to open simple things like jars. Checking it out can’t hurt. If it ends up being nothing, great, but if it’s something it’s better to handle it now OP. Surgeries as you get older are much harder on the body and your Dr. can keep track of the size to check if they are growing over time if they are concerning. Best of luck OP

    13. I’ve got the same thing in the same place. Doctor said it was a lipoma, of which I have about 40 others. This one doesn’t feel like the others at all
