Looks like it could be a scene right out of A Christmas Story. I just love those memories or taking ten minutes just to get all bundled up to go out to recess. And those buckle up rubber boots were atrociously cold. We didn’t have insulated boots. It was nothing but your finest socks between your feet and the thin cold rubber boots.
