But they’re wrong.
Sometimes you’ve just gotta write down what you think, take a step back, read it, and reconsider.
That’s a feature, not a bug.
That, or I think “someone’s gonna take this the wrong way or disagree, and I don’t want to get sucked into a back and forth.”

Happens to me sometimes, but I remember a lot of the times youre just arguing with a bot.
I’m always worried I spelled something wrong when I type out a longer message and someone is going to point it out and I’ll feel like an idiot lol
Too many times I over explained and great detail. Then was like you know what fuck this guy he can stay stupid.
Fuck half the time I can’t get 10 words into a comment before going fuck this

Yeah that happens a lot. I usually only stop because I think about the amount of stress I’m gonna get from arguing with this idiot.
I often type things out and then realize I just enjoyed the act of writing it and am not really adding anything to the conversation…

When you’re 20 minutes into writing a well worded argument on reddit and suddenly realize you’re responding to a 14 hour old comment.

That moment when you’re 2/3 of the way in and just suddenly really can’t find the motivation to finish the last bit that’d make everything you’ve written so far make sense.
Ill usually have a nice paragraph going and then notice the post is over 1 day old.
It’s worse when your high effort passionate piece getting downvoted to oblivion. I’ll never let them know I care ever again 😶😭
There been times i can write whole uni essay but stop and think to myself “why am I bother to waste time to correct someone when I use it two somewhere better”
When you repost a post that isn’t is yours on Reddit cause you’re a hack.
Typing it out usually really helps clear my head.
Remembering that people get off on being obtuse or unmoveable on their opinions is why i then delete it. I dont need that energy.
