I grew up in Moberly, but I had never heard of this. I did some digging and found a 1909 Sanborn Fire Insurance Company map that does in fact show it (still listed as Airdome Theater), but it’s on the NE corner, not the NW corner as the ad states. Today the site is occupied by a structure owned by AT&T which is notable for having what was formerly a decorative EAR Tower on it.

Now I kinda want to see if I can dig up any more info about this place. Never expected to see my hometown here, thanks for posting this!
