One thing I can say about China; they know how to arrest their billionaires.
If Musk loses the lawsuit, he’ll just appeal until the other side is unable to afford the case continuing.

Fines should be based on a percentage of your worth
To be fair, not following the judge in a civil case is more likely to result in penalties to the case than criminal actions. Arrest isn’t as called for as default judgment.
