    1. We have problems here in the UK, but the Prime Minister isn’t a senile power-crazed egomanical narcisist. It’s the local election results that *should* have shaken the relevant establishments out of complacency.

“Voted the alt right into power” = 1 in 4 British voters put Reform candidates into tin pot local councils and are already embarrassing themselves only days later

3 in 4 voters who could be bothered to vote in tin pot local elections did not vote for Reform

In a general election Reform will be as humiliated as every other minority party in a UK election because our system is stress tested and works, and is not a wish list of dreams and rainbows for gentlemen politicians

Labour are still in power. These are council elections.

Don’t get me wrong, Reform are favourites at the next general (likely a couple of years away) but council elections always sway towards more extreme parties than the general as the “I don’t really care about politics, I’ll vote for the one I always do” lot tend to not turn up and the most politically passionate do.

    4. Local council elections mean fuck all. They’re in charge of the bin collections lol let them bankrupt all the councils they’re on, prove they’re not ready to govern

Starmer needs to step down, I can’t see Labour winning anything if he’s still leading them

    6. The Brits laid the ground work for Americas stupidity. Brexiteers and MAGA are one and the same, Russian puppets.

The UK definitely isn’t in a rough shape as the states. Let’s be real. The US is uniquely idiotic.

The BBC said Farage had “charisma,” and that it helped Reform win.

      Someone seriously said that.

      Imagine being that deluded.

Americans realising Brits haven’t done that because these elections were local, and there’s so many alarms going off Reform likely won’t get in by the time a general election happens.

    10. Maybe now they won’t be arrested for calling a convicted rapist a rapist. Man, isn’t that terrible???!!!?? 🙄

“Alt right” are just the far right in new suits.

*Literally* in fact because Richard Spenser came up with the term to sell their horrible ideology to the “normies.”
