There are no conservatives on the court. A conservative might overturn Roe, but would say: This is going to be a big change, this ruling takes effect in two years so the legislature can plan effectively. A conservative might be a party hack, but would not allow an ongoing election to be ended and throw out thousands of votes just for a partisan advantage. Instead, the 6-judge majority is just about might makes right.

Incredible! This is so scandalous! This is what Dems are up against yet we have Spanberger in Virginia saying they will respect the hack VA Supreme Court decision. No no no! You cannot operate like it’s business as usual. The GOP is off the rails and a clear threat to the Republic. Either you fight or GTFO!

“It’s not my fault,” says sole person responsible for choosing to suspend the primary and destroy 45,000 votes. This wasn’t a mandatory response to the court decision, nor did anybody hold a gun to Landry’s head to make him do this.
