This is a personal data visualization experiment based on 2,299 songs I liked (as of 2025.01.13), aiming to understand my musical preferences through song metadata, perceptual qualities, and technical audio features.
The dataset comes from my personal NetEase Cloud Music and Spotify listening history. Metadata and audio features were retrieved via Spotify’s Web API, and further audio analysis was performed using the Essentia framework.
