Yeah those guys will get a distracted driving ticket. Technically a cop can pull you over for drinking from a water bottle, eating a sandwich or having an untethered/harnessed dog in the front seat if they say your driving ability is compromised. It’s a bad joke that can have a court date.

This was Comedian in LA who did this in 2013. He was not shot, he was detained for another warrant he had and ticketed.
