Just in time for Trump Org to co-opt the design and sell on Trump’s website. They can’t believe they didn’t think of this first.
They built a billion dollar steam heat plant at the university where I work. They placed it significantly uphill from campus. No one in the process of design or many year construction seemed to remember that steam rises. It sit abandoned to this day, almost 40 years after it was built. Never fired up once.
