Reminds me of the Love Bullet manga, People who’ve died before they could realize their love for someone come back a bit later as Cupids so that they can help others do what they didn’t in life, eventually they’ll get the chance to reincarnate after a while to try again.
Only a dozen or two chapters right now but they’ve finished a few storylines already, highly recommend
