You clearly don’t know about the Finno-Korean Hyperwar and the relation between the pyramids and the War on Autism

They DID have a lost technology back then which modern humans are unable to replicate to the same scale, it’s called teamwork and cooperation.

I’ve had this conversation a lot. One thing I like to point out is that complex civilizations, like the ones that built the pyramids, could afford to pay people to get REALLY good at one thing. If you spend 40 years carving really flat rocks, then raise your kids to carve really flat rocks, so on and so forth to the point where your family name comes to translate as “flat rock maker”; you’re going to get some really good, really professional flat rocks.

      Edited typing mistake.

Let people have their theories man, most of history is guessed and interpreted from biased texts.

Ancient people were a lot more capable than we give them credit for. We take for granted how much industrialization, modern science, and computing has allowed us to discover and create things a lot easier these days. People weren’t less intelligent or capable, they just didn’t have the advanced tools we have today, but were still able to accomplish great things.

The Greeks were able to figure out the circumference of the earth by looking at shadows and some basic geometry.

The Mayans accurately calculated the length of the solar year and lunar month to the hundredth of the decimal without the help of telescopes

These are just a couple examples.

what’s even funnier is the literal solution that they are missing is that the blades the ancient egyptians used had a gradient along with the blade to ease cutting, usually they poured sand into the initial cut and since the sand is a hard quartz material it cuts through the stone a lot easier than just using a bronze blade alone. so every time they’ve “done an experiment and proved it impossible” they’ve literally completely forgot the climate the Egyptians were working with

even if they didn’t pour sand directly or intentionally it would’ve probably ended up on the blade or inside the cut regardless and eased the process regardless of it being intentional or not

I hate the “Just because white people didn’t do it” mentality. People who believe this stuff aren’t being racist. They’re just delusional in normal ways. If you think it’s racist because of the Pyramids or Chichen Itza, then what do you think when the same people say the same stuff about Stonehenge?

Its wild how so many people can believe some random basement dweller who repeats “They don’t want you to know” conspiracies while discounting actual experts.

I feel like it just comes down to the fact that conspiracies make you feel smart and included, but facts can be complex, and not hard to understand entirely.

This grift has been going on for a long time, and its sad.

    11. I don’t think it’s about them not being white, because a lot of people think Stonehenge wasn’t made by humans either.

It’s basically just a lack of imagination.

    12. Ancient civilization didn’t just step out of mud huts one day and decide to make stone superstructures. They had effective agriculture to support large populations, accountants and traders that built economy, mathematicians and architects to plan projects, and engineers developing everything from scaffolding to cranes. It would also help to see architectural progress; the sloped pyramid, flat column blocks to mortise & tenon, etc.

Can’t stand people who think we knuckle-dragged our way through history until the medieval period.

    13. The amount of people who legit get so.weird about Ancient Egyptian culture and think it all comes from Greco-Roman Egyptians is astounding, like I’ve talked with people who mentally picture Ancient Egypt as basically “Greece 2”

This argument bothers me so much. People think its impossible because its not easy/commonplace now, but back then ever other person was a stone cutter/mason, because thats what they demanded. And because everyone was doing it and getting paid well they were also built different in a way that has been lost to us in the age of concrete and power tools.

All you need to do is look at a modern artisan thats been a stone worker his whole life, first thing you’ll notice is how jacked they are right before you notice how quick they can clear a stone sculpture by hand

People are so dumb with timelines. Like, humans have been around for 300,000 years and we’re shocked that they were able to build big and still standing buildings 4,000 years ago while I’m staring at my glowing personal computing device. Humans back then were no more or less intelligent than we are today. Just different specialties and resources. It would be more ridiculous if crazy projects like the pyramids were never created.
