I was a post-thrift store (this store took things thrift stores couldn’t sell) and found this flag in about 2021. I have oddly run across it two other times in my life not including this post. The first was in one of my soldiers rooms during a barracks inspection in 2023. The second was when my office visited a government security contractor and one of their guys had it hanging in his cubicle.
