      Not only have I seen one, I saw a guy yelling at someone for being a bad driver and they should have their license taken away.

      I have a friend that got some special identity card, he got pulled over and the cop just let him go and without even a warning. He showed me a video of it.

      Even common sense would suggest that, even if it’s “technically” illegal, if everyone in the room thinks it’s legal… It’s legal and you best play your cards as such.

      I don’t mind license plates.

      I just wish that in my corrupt third world country things worked properly and people don’t have to pay bribes or “middlemen” to get the process going.

      Just for a new administration coming and revert what the previous one did, so time to get a new pair of license plates with the same “bribes and middlemen” just of the new guys.

      They never, ever win in court. THEY DO HOWEVER something get everything reduced just so they’ll shut up and leave the courtroom. (watch a lot of youtube court tv)
