    1. Contact the manufacturer, that’s a pretty big quality control issue for a company making medication.

since no one has recommended not eating it yet imma go ahead and recommend you to not eat it

    3. It actually appears to be spoiling. You should really contact the manufacturer with the pack and lot number. Keep the pack and don’t use it any more

It is odd. It is stamped as paracetamol just like the others. But I’ve never noticed paracetamol being anything other than a white powder. Certainly not brown.

    5. Just take that one first, so you’ll be able to treat the symptoms that might apear with the good ones.

Why is this product still being used and not returned back to the vendor/ manufacturer?

    7. Id definitely contact the manufacturer about this error

They’d absolutely want to know about that

    8. A different-colored pill and visible fibers in a sealed pack is a quality control failure or possible tampering, not something normal…dont eat any 😬

Do these look extra large or am I just tripping? The acetaminophen in Canada seems to be significantly smaller.

    12. To answer some of the comments –

Its hairy cause my rabbit (babbs as in my username) is shedding, everything in my room is hairy at the moment. The hairs are on the outside

The package is not damaged at all, it did not let me add the picture of the back of the package but it is completely sealed
sealed. Expiration date is in 2029

It was bought in the Netherlands and I live in germany so I will not go to where I bought it (not a pharmacy), I did try to contact the manufacturer but they havent answered me yet.

    13. This should also be reported directly to the national health agency. In the UK for example, the MHRA has a yellow card system for reporting defective medicines.
