It was either that or the tied it to the back of a goose but their insurance wouldn’t touch that one

I think a lot of Harvey’s do that 😂, the few locations I’ve been to near me certainly do

    3. I’m kind of surprised they haven’t come up with a tap to pay system for drive-throughs

Canadian problems require Canadian solutions. Just don’t make them add a new crime to the Geneva Conventions… Again

    5. A lot of drive thru locations did this in early COVID days. Old hockey sticks are decently available and work great for this.

Now other larger chains went and got specifically made apparatuses for this after the fact, but Harvey’s is kinda if the size where you don’t fuck with something that works.

    6. it’s not just Harvey’s – my local DQ, McDonalds, A&W, and most of the Timmies do this or something similar. They don’t have to reach, and you don’t have to reach or touch – just tap and go.

    7. This is the most Canadian thing I’ve seen all day. I love it, and I’m not even Canadian.

its funny because ive seen this millions of times, especially post covid, places just use it because its convenient…. never really thought of it as a canadian thing but I guess I should’ve
