Crunchy roll was once a pirate anime website? Aint no way they got huge lore like this

Who even is they in this? I’d be shocked if there was even one single founding member of Crunchy with how much they’ve traded hands and outsourced over the years

It’s obviously better to pay for anime. That’s how we get more anime.
Edit: If you pirate, next time your favorite Anime doesn’t get another season, it’s because of you.

Nobody used Crunchyroll back then, and nobody should use them now. Absolute dogwater interfaces, no matter what platform you use.

Yeah and they almost got sued into oblivion and the fact they got to go legit is extremely lucky. Pirating isn’t worth it especially with how protective Japan is over anime and manga.

I watched a dub recently and several episodes had water marks for like anime.to or something like that just pop up like I was watching a pirate copy

I said it before. This is a Hydra situation. They kill one piracy site, three more pop up

I wish they would stop demonizing pirating anime when the economy is absolute dogshit. Sorry I cant afford 10 dollars a month for anime from a service that wont be as fast as my pirate site nor have as many shows
