So I was just listening to a podcast about the history of the middle class
And it was pretty much the middle class began to exist as the administrators for the aristocrats and shit. So the lawyers, bankers etc etc. Doing the jobs they needed to be done that rich people weren’t going to do
So of course they given some wealth and power to keep them happy.
We are far gone from that original system.

“Middle Class” is and always has been a term used by the powerful to make working people think they are winning capitalism. You either work for your money (working class) or your money works for you(ruling class.) Shit hasn’t changed since money was invented.

If a couple (in a household) each make $27,000/year and a single person makes 169,000/year they are considered economically equal. 🤣😂

Anything below that = shameful
There ALOT of adults that have never had things like – the ability save a few hundred every month th and manage random thousand dollars expenses like car repairs and medical bills –
And still think they’re middle class

I got nice enough stuff and with kids we’re constantly getting hit with a need to get back in to a debt cycle because of big sudden expenses
I think middle class I think: able to save monthly, take little vacation 1/yr, paid time off, without constant debt cycles
People allow themselves to be humiliated instead of behind honest and calling it what it is

The Middle class was established after the great depression to create a class level that differentiated from the have and have nots by thay eras version of democrats. Before it was either you were filthy rich or dirt poor.
Republicans hate the middle class and have been actively trying to destroy it.
