In the eyes of the court and law he is. Guess he lost these memories of losing those lawsuits

    2. He was literally found liable for sexual abuse and the judge said that you can say he raped her.

Kaplan said New York’s legal definition of “rape” is “far narrower” than the word is understood in “common modern parlance.”

“The finding that Ms. Carroll failed to prove that she was ‘raped’ within the meaning of the New York Penal Law does not mean that she failed to prove that Mr. Trump ‘raped’ her as many people commonly understand the word ‘rape.’ ”

Plus, Trump looks and acts half-asleep now for everything, unless it it the many times he falls fully asleep during public meetings.

    4. This should actually piss off his hardcore supporters because they think he has the right to rape and that men in general have a right to rape. They’re sick people. He’s implying something is wrong with being a rapist here so his supporters will get angry and say it’s woke of him to denounce claims that he’s a rapist.

He looks pretty terrible lately. Hoping the McDonald’s finally does its job.

      E. Jean Carroll would like a word.

It’s almost as these dumb motherfuckers don’t understand the word “adjudicated.”

Wait. Of course they don’t. Too big a word.

The fact this is even a sentence that needs to be uttered, let alone parsed, it’s fucking wild.

How about having a president who nobody even thinks about child rape when talking about?

The fact we’ve normalized 47 felony convictions, insurrection from January 6 and then rape and sex trafficking allegations on top ..

How about having a president without any of that hanging over their head?

Someone speaks about being paid to suck his mushroom dick, the rules about condom usage and biting back on it(no pun intended) and being forced out of the room.

None of those allegations were followed up on or commented on by the DOJ, NOBODY got justice, there have been 0 accusers or victims interviewed during this administration.

If the claims were all false then put it on the stand and make it public.

Instead it’s been swept under the rug.

You don’t hide if you have nothing to hide.

So chances are he’s guilty of at least one or two of the tens or hundred crimes he’s been advised of.

Otherwise you come out and plead innocent, not guilty, but he isn’t even pleading no contest.

He’s just attacking the character of the alleged rape victims and attempting to discredit them and and anyone who reports their story
