    1. I’m the same and my partners fam members seem to think I’m an asshole for not voting, despite not being able to state a single fact about who they plan on voting for.

I asked once, all I heard was “well hes a POS, useless” and when I ask why, how, “Idk hes just an asshole”.

      Ahh, vote makes sense.

    2. And then they hit you with the ol’ reliable “What *do* you know, then?” and now you gotta self degrade by saying “nothing” because how tf are you supposed to talk with them about something that requires 10+ years on the internet to understand.

If more people adopted this mindset, the internet would be a much quieter and better place

    4. Hard disagree with this. Just because you may not be educated on a topic does not mean that you cannot understand the topic at it’s base.

The question is how do you define educated and followup do you claim to be educated?

    6. This is how you get to world peace. Do you really want world peace, people?!!? /s

So just sit down and shut up? Seriously this meme is dumber than people talking about subjects they know nothing about. This is the mindset of militantly stupid people.

I agree with this, way too many people online talk about things they actually don’t know about. Dunning Kruger effect in full swing half the time. Whether it’s fitness, nutrition or anything really, too many people on the internet don’t realize that the tiny little fact that they know about a topic doesn’t make them an expert

    9. Who gets to decide what “enough” education is? Also, who gets to define “education”?

    10. Just to point out:

We generally start learning by talking around the same time we start learning words. So infant level intelligence here.
