    1. I was tempted to get one of those for my parents who also have a tiny bathroom like that. When you flush, tge clean water that enters the tank comes out the faucet so you can wash your hands. The dirty water goes into the tank and out with the next flush.

I always wondered if soapy, dirty water would gum up the flush mechanism over time?

I suppose the soap and TP go on the door, it looks like there’s already something there.

    3. For love of god put a floor drain to that toilet, unless you really enjoy getting mold.

Otherwise, I see reason why not to use this, it’s actually clever.

    4. It’s great for the stinky poos, because the window is right there as well. I suggest you put a phone holder above the Toilet roll holder for some hands free entertainment.

Was your stepdad ever in prison? That’s just a fancier version of what they use

    6. I wonder if you could turn around and straddle the toilet backward so you can wash your hands or drink out of the sink while you dook

    7. Does the faucet come on automatically when you flush? It’s reminding me so much of Japan.

    8. Is this instead of a bathroom? Is the tenant expected to brush their teeth and shave using this basin?

If there’s another basin in another room, then it’s a real waste of effort and money.

Source: Stayed briefly in a Japanese apartment that had one of these as well as a bathroom in the adjoining room.

    9. Some soap water and scrubbing plus a cheap can of paint would do that closet I mean bathroom wonders. Sometimes the potty room needs a glow up.
