The intent of dui laws is to keep drunks from killing other people or themselves. I don’t see how they could kill someone else pushing a car. Cops giving out dui for this is really reaching.

But this…this is smart and not a threat to anyone else.
That said, I’m sure a cop would put in the shackles, beat them, and then complain they “resisted” just because they were touching the vehicle.
