Got to wonder what professions it’d be impossible to find a flat-earther or anti-vaxxer in. Maybe artilleryman for the flat-earther? Since the curvature of the earth and earth’s rotation need to be factored into their calculations?

I took a girl on a date to the science museum in Minnesota and she told me she didn’t believe in dinosaurs…. As we were standing there looking at dinosaur bones.

It never ceases to amaze me how much violence some people are willing to do against what their senses are telling them, just to hang on to their absurd beliefs.

A good old friend of mine, she is a wonderful person…. strictly believes in the Bible Story of the Origin of everything and such.
She is a full blown Biology teacher and teaches Evolution. Not watered down, not changed, the real deal scientific objective knowledge about evolution. She does not change a little bit. And she is proud in how good she teaches scientific facts. But she says that this is all but a test of God. Earth and all animals and humans have been created by God 6k Years ago.
I really love that woman as a normal friend to pieces, she is a good person and everything, but that mindboggling brain split is something else. And i say that as a german catholic christian…

Personally I don’t get the flu shot or COVID shot anymore due to always feeling like shit on the vaccines and still getting sick afterwards from the same illnesses that I got the vaccine for. In my opinion, it’s better to get sick on the exact strain of virus then one that’s scientifically guessed on by scientists.

I actually never considered what flat earthers think about air travel. Do they think flying from Los Angeles to Japan requires traveling east across the Mercator?
