That’s like Unions. Both have been instrumental and essential to making society as evolved as it is. Both can still do good in the world, but frequently devolve to more of a mafia style problem for society.
If you take a step back, it’s the communism problem all over again. People are inherently why it will always become corrupt and fail it’s intended purpose. Greed will always be why we need failsafes, and safeguards.
