      >The Katyn massacre[a] was a series of mass executions of Poles carried out by the Soviet Union between April and May 1940. Though the killings also occurred in the NKVD prisons in Kalinin, Kharkiv and elsewhere, the massacre is named after the Katyn forest, where some of the mass graves were first discovered by Nazi German forces in 1943.[2] Nearly 22,000 Polish military and police officers, border guards, intelligentsia, and prisoners of war were executed by the NKVD (Soviet secret police), on Joseph Stalin’s orders.

I’m pretty sure it’s intentional given they probably still deny that to this day. Like, “the polish say we murdered all their guys here” is probably one of the displays.

Considering everything that has happened to Poland, phobia is probably justified.

      I have some questions:

      1. Why were the victims of the massarce Polish military officers?

      2. Why were the Polish officers in Russia in the first place?

    7. Why is the ammunition that was found German ammunition? And why are the letters found in the victims’ pockets date to 1941 then?
