Public kisses used to be a major political gesture, such as between Napoleon and the Russian Emperor to mark their alliance (didn’t last long). The other two show the “socialist fraternal kiss”, an act to demonstrate the close relationship between communist countries.

It’s only illegal if you don’t have a mutual defense treaty and a shared hatred of capitalism.
Nothing says ‘Iron Curtain’ like a moist, socialist embrace.
Makes sense, have you seen the Russian army recently? Russia is definitely homosexual
Also the first man they sent to space was literally named Yuri. Did Hideo Kojima write ts?
Thats a manly kiss. Not a gay kiss. Know the difference. The manly kiss includes some manly anal sex after.
And they were Allies (in the “and they were roommates” tone)
“Fraternal Kiss”
It’s still gay.
It still puzzles me that only 100 years ago it was completely socially apropriate for two men to kiss with no romantic implications.
I’m sorry this just reminds me of how supposedly in Ancient Greece if a man fucked a slave and the slave was the bottom bitch it technically isn’t gay sex because the slave is taking the submissive position, ie the female position. Which leads me to this question. If an Ancient Greek woman was riding her husband, is she technically the man in that essence?
Were you under the mistaken impression that anti-gay laws were effective?
USSR had a law allowing homosexual relations, but they got removed when Stalin came
It’s only gay if you don’t get a socialistic boner!
It’s almost like other cultures have different gestures and traditions…
