US Judge dismisses Trump’s lawsuit against The Wall Street Journal regarding Trump’s Epstein birthday card. Apparently the fact that it was real, and that Trump actually wrote the creepy card, destroyed any claim of defamation.

I cannot fathom how anybody can read this creepy shit and not say to themselves “Yeah. Trump definitely fucked kids with Epstein”.

    2. “Enigmas never age.”

Written to the world’s most infamous child trafficker.

    3. I don’t know why this does not disgust his followers. This is a child’s body…..not a woman’s. It obvious!

    4. It’s ridiculous because the Trumpies were acting like the Wall Street Journal MADE THIS UP…

When this birthday book was a part of evidence turned over to a Republican-led congressional community BY the Epstein estate!

So the Epstein estate turned over a fake manufactured “birthday book” to congress?? Why wouod they not just make this one fake birthday letter to Epstein? Why a whole fake book? And who drew the pornographic drawings of Epstein laying with girls in the book? Was that the Wall Street Journal too??

Donald Trump has a “secret” with Jeffrey Epstein. And the secret is that they raped children together.

    5. OP’s claims are wrong.

The lawsuit was NOT dismissed because there was proof that Trump wrote the card.

      > Miami-based U.S. District Judge Darrin Gayles said Trump did not meet the “actual malice” standard that public figures must clear in defamation. That means they must prove not only that a public statement about them was false but also that the media outlet or person who made the statement knew or should have known that it was false.

      > “This complaint comes nowhere close to this standard,” Gayles wrote. “Quite the opposite.”

      > The judge wrote that the Journal’s reporters reached out to Trump for comment beforehand, and printed his denial. That allowed readers to decide for themselves what to conclude, cutting against Trump’s assertion that the newspaper acted with actual malice, the judge said.

      > Gayles said Trump could file an amended version of the lawsuit by April ‌27.

Trump’s lawyers have already indicated they will file an amended lawsuit.

    6. “May every day be another wonderful secret” like come on man it’s a flat out admission that they’ve got secrets how can you possibly claim you have nothing to hide
