The Norwegians were also very involved in raiding and settling, especially in Scotland and Ireland.
Edit: also not going to get massively into it, but the vikings from what is now Sweden were very active in Eastern Europe and established many cities and states along the Volga and Dnieper that led to what is now Russia, Ukraine, etc. overall, this meme is dumb as hell.
