      What a strange moment. Guy in the mid-ground left doesn’t seem to be pressed, looks like he’s wearing shorts or swim trunks? And a towel around his neck? Like he’s going for a swim, or to the shower, not running, not panicked, just moseying. And there’s chaos and a massive conflagration a wee bit yonder. I can’t be seeing that right.

      So did the US have any advanced knowledge of the attack? Is there any truth to the claim that they allowed it to happen?
