I like the idea. Unfortunately whenever the next generation takes over the austerity measures required will be extreme. $40T is really hard to pay off. The boomer induced spending spree in the post Clinton era has ruined us for generations and though people think I’m insane for saying so a U.S. default isn’t outside the realm of possibility.
