Those aerators are removable. You can remove it and clean it, or buy a new one

Pour a little vinegar into a sandwich bag and use a rubber band to attach it to the faucet. Leave it for a few hours and then move it to another faucet or shower head

I’m just sitting here appreciating that faucet that still looks in great shape after 29 years and then I gaze hatefully at the Home Depot special I put in last year that is already starting to look like shit.
