Isn’t there a time window in which you can cancel (3 mins from making the booking?) without cancellation fees?

I used to live there, another minor minor scam was the driver trying to get you to cancel for whatever reason to get that same cancellation fee. Last time, I knew he was doing it, so I just didn’t cancel and made him do it. Dick
