My solution would be to draw a little face on the tile and give it a name. That way it’s a little conversation piece and not just an annoyance 🙂

There is a thing called a ‘Persian Flaw’ often seen in Persian rugs, but sometimes done in tiling. Where the artist or creator intentionally adds an imperfection to a pattern or symmetry, to acknowledge that only God can create perfection.
It might not be the case here and is mildly infuriating but a cool fact/thing to look out for.
