Madara, and it’s not close. Sukuna, Muzan, Dio, and Makima are all maniacs. Idk anything about Lelouch, Eren is hard to scale, but as pictured he was spiraling in season 4, and Light had good intentions in the beginning, but lost it at some point.
Madara genuinely wanted a world without war, hate, suffering, death. He wanted only the best for humanity and fought for that until the very end, but what brought him down was his “the ends justify the means” mentality, which led to a whole war that killed many thousands of people.
