Awesome at paying the people in charge of writing historical accounts.
TBF he probably was a pretty good ruler. The rebuild of the temple in Jerusalem is an example of that. But when there literally aren’t ANY negative accounts of him from the time that’s when it loops around to realizing that his true skill was being a master of propaganda.

He was a good leader many fake historical accounts about his benevolence were written but he’s still a good leader. Just personally dislike him since he permanently ended Mesopotamian civilization and his descendant cambassys crippled Egyptian civilization so much that they were under foreign rule for 2000 years straight. Other than that no complains about him
