90% of people with this issue just need to build their social skills not find niche internet cultures that isolate them even further from being able to communicate with normal people. Start striking up conversations with random people and learn how to ask questions. People will hold a conversation talking about themselves with little input on your side. Your communication is not going to be perfect right away but it’s a starting point that will put you ahead of most people. The bar is on the floor you just need to step over it.
