Why not just run a hose under the water where they can’t see it 🤔

No idea of real or not, but didn’t Russia at one point consider converting they Typhoon SSBNs to transport oil?

Why not use space carriers

The water is not deep enough. There’s only a narrow path deep enough even for the tankers. That’s why the area is such a mess.

Or just hear me out. We move Isreal to some other sandy place. American south west. Somplace thay cant stir shit up and be safe. Then part of our problems will be cut right down. Bibi cant go though he would probably try to start a war with las Vegas because of the lights.

UAE is already building a pipeline that avoids the strait. But Iran could blow that up too

Or.. Or! We fucking withdraw from Iran.

Oil is less dense than water, would need a hell of a ballast.

Wonder even assuming they are undetectable from the radars and could avoid the mines, would the cost of deploying them there still outweigh the oil they carry?

That’s actually a pretty interesting idea

Let’s bring back zeppelins. They can fly over the strait!
Just dump the oil in the water and let it float out of the strait. You can collect it later. Please send my nobel by mail, I don’t like big ceremonies.

This feels like something that sounds genius until you think about it for two more seconds. Still kinda cool though.

Transport it out by drone. Turn the problem into the solution.

Have we tried telling them to “look over there” and then we sail a few tankers through the straight before they turn back around? I feel like we are leaving a viable option on the table.

Jokes aside why haven’t we thought about this yet. Wouldn’t this also make shipping much more profitable too, since you would no longer have to account for lost cargo out at sea since there is no way to lose the cargo. Same goes for oil, albeit its probably slower but consistency is the bread and butter of business.

200 m max depth, don’t think that would work.

Drilling a deep hole from Arizona to Saudi should do (from one desert to another). It’s a no brainer.

Put shipping containers full of Qurons every 20 meters or so above deck and live stream it to the IRCG. Checkmate.
