My older brother and his gf always reply within seconds to each other but they always take 8-30 hours to reply back to my message, even though we all live in the same household. Find someone who makes you a priority, I guess

I had an online friend who’d DM multiple times a day and I’d always reply within seconds. We were best buds. Then they got married, and the number of times they DM started gradually declining from a couple times per day, to once every day, to once every other day, to once per week, then every other week,… . Now they DM me once every couple of months.

One of my best friends takes days to reply she is a mother and has a full time job. No I am not her priority but she still loves me and I matter to her. This is also true with my sister who has issues with online communication due to some stalking issues. She still loves me and cares about me, even if she is difficult to reach.
Also in a more general scense of course people get busy and you can not expect to demand attention 24/7. Yeah it sucks sometimes, and yes some people you are pining over are not worth the effort. But life and people are complicated, do not assume someone’s intentions ask them talk to them and find ways to be content with your own presence.
