What’s fucking most insane is the one thing he didn’t go back on from the campaign (mass deportation) is going so fucking badly that it’s a liability for him and his party too.

Trump and other republicans do not want to govern. They only want to plunder. They don’t care about public service or helping people. They’re in it to set up scams and make money.
In the process, the people behind Trump are dismantling the government, our democracy, and setting up an entrenched oligarchy.
And yes, it was plain to see that this was going to happen if Trump got into office. I saw it, you saw it, a LOT of people saw it. It wasn’t hard to see it coming. This is the danger of undermining public education and having 70 million people who can vote that lack critical thinking skills and read below a fifth grade level.
Historically, democracies only survive in countries that have a vibrant, educated middle class. Republicans are trying to eliminate this group.
