This administration sucks. But America doesn’t. I dislike the current administration, however the majority of Americans i work with and meet are intelligent, empathetic and a force for good. The reason the Baltic states were so well protected against ruSSia is because of consensus led by America. NATO as a defence grouping has prevented conflict, again, hugely influenced by the US The league of nations and UN, supported by the USA likewise. I’m not suggesting it is perfect or without self-interests. There were issues, even before this administration, but IMHO much of the stability we’ve seen post WW2 has been the result of investment by the USA and its allies.
