I’ve seen this episode. The new kid starts off all cool and popular but then gradually starts bullying the other kids, so they have to team up with the de-throned bully to put them in their place. The original bully has a heart-to-heart with the main character and shows growth.
Then next episode that new kid is gone and the bully is back to his old self.
